Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17/08/2026
1. Commitment
Shift Digital works to make this site usable by as many people as possible, including people navigating by keyboard, screen reader, or who need reduced on-screen motion. We don't claim full compliance — it's ongoing work, not a box checked once.
2. Reference standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA as our reference for color contrast, keyboard navigation, touch target size and semantic structure.
3. Measures in place
A skip link to the main content, a visible focus state on navigation, buttons, tabs, FAQ questions and form fields, a mobile menu whose name and state are announced, forms with labels properly associated to each field and errors announced to assistive technology, color contrast verified with automated tooling (axe-core) across the main pages, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference across every animation.
4. Known limitations
Some decorative elements (watermarks, background illustrations) intentionally use low contrast and are marked as decorative for screen readers. The live demos (/demos) imitate the design of fictional businesses and are reviewed separately. Last reviewed: September 2026. If you run into a real usability barrier, tell us — it's exactly the information we use to prioritize the next fix.
5. Report an issue
If you have trouble using this site with your assistive technology, write to aishiftdigital@gmail.com with the subject "Accessibility" — tell us the page, the browser or screen reader you're using, and what you expected to happen. We respond within 48 business hours.
